HANCOCK, Massachusetts — Jiminy's first Park event of the season will be held on Friday, January 6th at 7 PM. It will take place in the area of the Small Terrain Park, at the base of the Grand Slam trail. The event is presented by Potter Brothers Ski and Snowboard, and 13th Floor Snowboards. There are a number of great prizes up for grabs including skis and a snowboard for first place in their respective categories.
The competition is open to everyone but entrants should have the ability to ski or ride Coyote Ridge, a black diamond trail. Information and registration is available online at http://www.jiminypeak.com/misc/events.html, or at Guest Services in the Paul Major Welcome Center at the Resort. There is a $10 entrance fee.
