NORTH CONWAY, New Hampshire -- Cranmore Family Fitness Center is offering something for everyone at the Fall Open House slated for Saturday, October 27 from 8am-1pm. The Open House will offer many complimentary clinics, workshops, consultations, wellness screenings, and much more. With no admission fee, the Fall Open house is a great opportunity to sample all that Cranmore Family Fitness Center has to offer.

Clinics include climbing sessions for beginners and experienced climbers, tennis drills, cardio-zone tennis, spinning workshops, and pilates reformer and mat consultations. Personal training staff will be on hand to give complimentary consultations. Personal trainers will also be offering half hour fitness workshops including lifting techniques, upper and lower body workouts, and abdominal and core workshops. In addition, tennis pros will host a mixed doubles social from 11am-1pm.

Several fitness classes will be offered throughout the day, starting at 8am. Classes include yoga, pilates, ski conditioning, step and tone, water aerobics, and step aerobics/turbo kickboxing. Fitness classes run from thirty to ninety minutes and drop-ins are always welcome.

Professionals from Memorial Hospital will be on hand throughout the morning to perform complimentary body fat screenings and provide information on cardiac and aquatic rehab.

Children's offerings include kids' climbing sessions, tennis clinics for grades 4-12, and tumbling games in the gymnastics studio. Children under age 14 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times and will not be allowed in the fitness and cardio areas. Daycare will be available at an additional fee and must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.

It is recommended that attendees sign up in advance for climbing, tennis, spinning, pilates and personal training consultations, as space is limited. Reserve your spot at the CFFC Front Desk in person at One Skimobile Road, North Conway, NH or by calling (603) 356-6301. More information is available online at www.cranmore.com.
